The MKC Traditions Knives showcase handles crafted from desert ironwood, a material celebrated for its hard, closed grain that repels oil, blood, and water. This ensures the handle stays clean, stable, and free from warping or cracking. We’ve outfitted four of our models – the Blackfoot, the Whitetail, the Stonewall, and the Super Cub – with these exceptional handles, each paired with a custom sheath from Francesca at Teton Leather.

Every piece of desert ironwood is unique, just like a fingerprint, offering a variety of grain patterns from burly to straight. This means no two knives are alike, giving you a one-of-a-kind tool that is both functional and visually stunning. Loved it while I had it

I loved this knife for the week I had it! It wore well and looked awesome. Unfortunately, my truck got broken into and someone stole it, never got the chance to actually use it for its intended purpose.
