The knife is great. I use it around the grill area for multiple uses. It is large but to be expected for what it’s designed to do. I’m looking forward to the boning knife next to round out the set. The handle is good looking.
Greatest ever
This is has become my favorite knife for work in the kitchen. Built for butchering meat but I’ve been using it to slice vegetables as well. It’s sharp, slices, perfectly weighted. Love this company and everything they have produced. Well done
I wish I'd have grabbed the boning knife too. Scary sharp and makes shirt work of cutting up pork butt and for grinding or those large cuts. Can't wait to use for processing deer. If in doubt, just get it, you won't be disappointed.
