    A very cool looking knife! Like all MKC knives, arrived razor sharp and the handle feels perfect in my hand. Very comfortable. Should be great on waterfowl and also for more tedious jobs like lips and eyes when caping. Another great knife from MKC.

    Excellent Blade

    This blade could serve as a surgical instrument. If you’re on the fence - buy it. You will not be disappointed. You loose some balance at this scale compared to some of the bigger MKC blades but it’s not noticeable on small game. I did over 1500 ducks with a Sharptail. The Freezout doesn’t leave anything on the table with smaller birds like teal, but you will notice an improvement over the Sharptail on bigger birds like geese. If I could only have 1 of the 2 - Freezout is the superior blade. I’ve also used it to skin bobcats and foxes nose to toes - excellent blade as expected from MKC.

    Got this knife after hunting season was over in NC, but this knife will be great for skinning game whether it be ducks, geese, deer, or bear.
